Shipping Policy

To provide a service, equipment is required that is either rented or sold to the customer.

We make every effort to complete and ship orders that are validated before 2pm (Eastern Time) the same day.

Shipping your order may be delayed if your payment cannot be confirmed in time to complete your order the same day; for reasons of partial availability or whole shortage

Shipping your order may be delayed where the value of the merchandise to be shipped has not been paid in full and partial and financing remains to be approved or confirmed.

How much does shipping costs?

The shipping cost is based on the item’s size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address.

You will be disclosed the cost of shipping for your order for your approval prior to being charged.

Why I can’t get a particular shipping option?

The service may vary depending on the service availability by the shipping carrier. Delivery options may vary based on whether the shipment is being made to an urban or rural area and other factors.

How long does shipping take?

Canada Post Expedited

  • Local shipments are delivered the next day.

  • Regional shipments can take up to 3 days.

  • National shipments can take up to 7 days.

Canada Post Xpresspost

  • Local shipments are delivered the next day.

  • Regional shipments can take up to 2 days.

  • National shipments can take up to 2 days.

Can I receive my order to a P.O.Box?

No. A signature is required upon receipt by the recipient.

Why do I see multiple shipping fees?

Due to product availability or back orders;

You would be contacted and informed to make the determination whether to hold your order until it is completed or to ship multiple shipments.
